Purchases and refunds
What you buy
Each individual purchase includes a full music recording of around 9½ minutes without spoken guidance. Listen online in My journeys. An internet connection is required and file downloads are not included.
Withdrawing within 14 days
You can withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Before full listening begins during this period, we separately ask for your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement that you lose your withdrawal right once delivery of the recording begins. This choice is not preselected and we email you a copy. Listening to free samples does not affect your withdrawal right.
A problem with your purchase
If the recording does not work or differs from its description, contact us for support and an appropriate remedy. Starting to listen does not limit your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed content.
How to request a refund
Email hello@soundphilia.com with your purchase email and journey name, stating that you wish to withdraw or describing the problem. You do not need to give a reason for withdrawal within the applicable period. An eligible withdrawal refund is returned to your original payment method within 14 days of your request.
Membership and sessions
This policy covers individual digital purchases. You can stop your membership through Manage membership and retain access until the end of your paid period. Cancel a live session at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
